Josh,
I appreciate your blog. I am trying to network rural pastors who really care about shepherding rural congregations. I am working with the Tennessee Baptist Convention to recruit pastors who won't cut and run from a rural church after 2 years. We also desire to educate churches on what it means to be a healthy church. I would be very interested in your assesment of the rural churche's condition where you are.
